There are 4 pools.
The Compulsory Pool has one module and is mandatory, meaning all delegates must take part in this module.
One module must be chosen from each of the remaining pools.

Each team will participate in a total of 4 modules.
The Compulsory Module is SIB (Sceptre Investigation Bureau).
Each team will opt for 3 more modules: One from each pool
Head delegates must fill out the website registration form, providing an active email address and WhatsApp-linked contact number.
A minimum of 4 and a maximum of 6 delegates can be a part of one team including the head delegate.
Students currently studying O-Level and A-Level or equivalent from the institute or privately can participate.
There is no limit on the number of delegations an institution wants to send.
Individual delegates who don’t have a team currently can fill up a form to be added to a WhatsApp group.
The judge’s decision will be final and unquestionable.
All fees paid for participation in the competition are non-refundable.
Make sure you do not miss out on any emails, or messages sent out.
You are obligated to adhere to all module-specific rules.

Doing any of the following is prohibited and may result in punishment/disqualification.
Usage of vulgar/abusive language or behavior with the administration or fellow participants.
Refusing to comply with the judges’ decisions.
Attempting to use unfair methods to gain an advantage over other participants.
Usage of vapes, cigarettes, alcohol or other drug related substances.
Vandalism of college property or damage to equipment.
Creating a disturbance.
Recording people at the college without their consent.
Unsolicited acts of physical contact and public display of affection.
Violation of any specific module rules.
Attempting to bring disrepute to Sceptre College by passing derogatory remarks or social media posts.
